The Management Board of the Ha Long Bay-Yen Tu World Heritage Site has temporarily suspended visitors' access to Soi Sim, one of world's 100 most beautiful beaches, in recent years while reviewing a construction project.

Retailer Aeon Mall Vietnam will begin construction of a US$202 million mall in the northern tourist town of Ha Long early in December.
